  Once you approve the final design, we’ll print and prepare your items within 7-10 days. After a thorough quality check, your order will be carefully packed and shipped to your door, or available for local pickup.

The overall production and delivery time of your wedding signage is highly dependent on the customer response rate to the form and proofs. 

Once you approve the design, we’ll have it dispatched within 7-10 business days.

Standard Printing: Approximately 7-10 business days, excluding shipping for most of the stationery.
Fabric Signage requires approximately 3 weeks for production after proof approval.

Priority Printing: Quick turnaround of 2-3 business days, excluding shipping for most of the stationery.
Production time is approximately 10 working days for linen signage

Standard Shipping within Australia: Expect your order to arrive in about 1-2 weeks. The best part? It's a flat fee of just $40! We'll send you a tracking number once your order is on its way

Express Shipping within Australia: Need it faster? Choose Express for delivery in around 4-5 business days (with tracking included). This option has a flat fee of $60.

Free Shipping: If your order total is over $300 and you're in Australia, standard shipping is on us!

International Orders: We happily ship worldwide! Delivery usually takes around 3 weeks. Please note that you might need to pay customs fees depending on your country.

Local Pickup: If you're near our studio, you can pick up your order after it's ready. We'll send you the details once your purchase is complete.
