Ordering

How does the order process work?

Our order process is simple and client-focused. Once you select your items, we guide you through customisation options, finalising details, and processing your order for production. When should I place my order for on-the-day items?

We recommend placing orders at least 5 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery for your event. However, we’ll work with you to meet urgent requests whenever possible.

Can you prioritise my order?

Yes, we offer a priority service. Please contact us to discuss your timeline, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

What if I want an item I can't see on the website?

Let us know! We love working on custom requests and can discuss creating something unique just for you.

Can I pay via a deposit?

Yes, we offer deposit options for larger orders. Contact us to arrange a payment plan.

Can I pick up my order from your studio?

Absolutely! We’re happy to arrange a studio pickup for local, Perth Based, clients.

Design Changes

What kinds of changes can I make?

Absolutely everything 🙂 You can change colour, shape, and even fonts. Customise to your liking, place your order, and our design team will craft a design tailored for you.

What if I want something custom?

We thrive on creating unique pieces. If you’ve got a special vision in mind, get in touch, and we’ll work together to bring it to life.

When do I need to provide my guest names for printing?

You can take your time finalising your guest list. We’ll need your final list before sending your order for production. If you’re ordering seating charts, a preliminary list will be handy at the design stage.

How many rounds of changes can I have to my wording or colours?

 We include your initial design plus two additional rounds of tweaks in your purchase. If you’ve got particular wording or colour preferences, mention them in the design questionnaire.

Can I have my signage cut to any shape?

Absolutely! We offer custom shapes for all products. If you’re after a specific shape, just let us know in the design questionnaire.

Can I add photos or other personal elements to my signs?

We love adding personal touches! Send us any elements you'd like to include, and we'll incorporate them into your design.

Production

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your design is approved, our production timeline kicks in. Depending on the intricacies of your order, it typically takes between 5-10 business days. Remember to factor in a few extra days for shipping!
Please note:Linen Fabric signs require approximately 3 weeks to ship after final approval of your proofs.

Can you print my design for me?

Sure thing! If you’ve got a design you’re eager to see in print, send it our way. Make sure to detail your preferences in the questionnaire, and we’ll handle the printing, ensuring it looks as fabulous as you envisioned.

What printing method do you use?

Our prints are vibrant and single-sided, using UV or digital methods for a sleek and modern appearance. We steer clear of paint or vinyl to maintain the product’s integrity.

What are the kickstands for the signage?

A kickstand is a supportive stand attached to the back of the sign, allowing it to stand on its own. It’s ideal for creating a self-standing wedding sign without additional equipment.

How to display signs at a wedding?

Here are a few great display options:

  • Kickstands: A simple, cost-effective solution that lets signs stand independently.
  • Wooden Box Stands & Metal Holders: Ideal for both indoor and outdoor settings, offering stability and style.
  • Easels & Frames: Budget-friendly options for indoor use, best where wind isn’t an issue.

How do I store my signs?

Your signs come in a protective wrap, which is perfect for keeping them safe until your event. If you do remove them from the wrap, try to cover them back up, especially during travel, to avoid any potential damage.

Shipping & Delivery

How will my order be delivered?

After your order is completed, it will be securely bubble-wrapped and boxed for safe transit. Your parcel will be delivered via courier with Authority to Leave, meaning the courier can leave it at your address if no one is available. If you have concerns about the delivery location or need someone to receive it, you can provide an alternative shipping address during checkout.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, we offer shipping across Australia.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, we’ll provide you with a tracking number to monitor its journey.

How will my order arrive?

Smaller day-of items, such as menus, will be packaged individually, ready for you to assemble. Bigger signage pieces might arrive separately. And don’t worry, we’ll send tracking details for all packages when available.

I entered the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?

No worries! If you catch it early and we haven’t shipped yet, drop us an email at hello@weddingsigns.au. If it’s already on its way, there could be some re-shipping costs involved.

Do you offer returns?

Since our products are custom-made and tailored for you, we don’t usually accept returns or cancellations. Please make sure to review our processing times and confirm your order details before finalising your purchase.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be carefully bubble-wrapped and boxed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
