1 | Begin Your Journey

Choose Your Perfect Wedding Stationery

Start your journey by shopping from our collections of elegant wedding pieces, including welcome sign & seating cart, bar sign, table numbers, and place cards. Select your favourite colours, unique fonts, shapes, and quantities right from our product page.

Upon placing your order, you’ll receive an email with a special consultation form to kickstart the customisation process.

2 | Tailoring Your Wedding Details

Personalised Design & Revisions

Design Phase & Revisions:
Once we’ve received your completed form and guest list, we’ll craft the initial version of your seating chart and other designs within three business days. You’ll receive a presentation via email for review. You’re entitled to two rounds of changes; additional changes are subject to an extra fee.

Approval & Printing

After reviewing your personalised menus and other designs, request adjustments as needed. Your dedicated designer will prepare a new presentation for each review. We want to make sure it’s perfect, so please allow up to two business days for revisions.

3 | Bringing Your Design to Life

Quality Printing

Thrilled with your welcome sign and other pieces? Great! We’ll commence printing, which typically takes 4-10 days, depending on your chosen product. Check the production time specified on each product page to get an accurate estimate for your items.

4 | Final Step: Delivery

Delivery of Your Elegant Wedding Pieces

With your wedding stationery freshly printed and looking fabulous, we conduct a final quality check. We carefully pack your order, ready for dispatch. Choose between delivery or local pickup; either way, your printed table numbers, seating plans, and other stationery will reach you in impeccable condition.

The Fine Print

Understanding Your Order

We provide an initial digital proof, designed to your specifications and based on your provided content. You are entitled to two rounds of revisions, including adjustments to ink colour, wording, or minor layout changes. Additional revisions or significant changes will incur a fee of $75 + GST per round.

As the client, it’s your responsibility to check for spelling, grammar, and the accuracy of all guest names. Once final approval is given, and printing has started, changes can no longer be made. Reprints due to errors will be charged at 85% of the original cost.

Once your package is shipped, we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred during transit. If you’d prefer extra protective packaging, please specify this when placing your order.
