Throughout the ordering process, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated designer who will bring your creative vision to life. Together, we’ll craft stationery that embodies your unique style, ensuring your day is truly unforgettable

Choose Your Perfect Wedding Stationery

You’ll receive an email with a special consultation form upon placing your order.

 

Personalised Design

Design Phase & Revisions:
Once we’ve received your completed form and guest list, we’ll craft the initial version of your seating chart and other designs within three business days. You’ll receive a presentation in your email for review. You’re entitled to two rounds of changes; additional changes are subject to an extra fee.

Approval & Printing:
After reviewing your personalized menus and other designs, request adjustments as needed. Your dedicated designer will prepare a new presentation for your review. Please allow up to two business days for revisions.

Quality Printing

Thrilled with your welcome sign and other pieces? Great! We’ll commence printing, which typically takes 4-10 days, depending on your chosen product.

We carefully pack your order, ready for despatch.

Select the backbone for your beautiful design from our array of high-quality materials. Opt for sturdy 5mm foam boards, sleek 3mm acrylic, or classic cardstock to set the tone for your stationery.

Size
Each product comes with a variety of size options to best suit your needs.
If you’re looking for something specific, we also accommodate custom-size requests to fit any stand or setting, which may be subject to an additional charge.
We’re all about flexibility and ensuring your stationery fits perfectly into your event.

Colours
Add a splash of colour to your stationery with our extensive colour palette. Each hue has been carefully selected to create the perfect tone for your event.

From opulent foil accents to layered acrylic for an impressive 3D effect, it’s all about those extra details that make your stationery genuinely stand out.

With these customisation options at your disposal, you’re all set to create stationery and signage that flawlessly reflects your wedding style. Let’s bring your unique vision to life together!

The Fine Print: Understanding Your Order

Let’s discuss what’s included in your order. We will provide an initial draft of a digital proof designed to your specifications as outlined in your order and the details you’ve provided in your content sheet.

Following this, you are entitled to two rounds of revision. This includes modifications to your ink colour, wording, or minor layout adjustments. If you need any additional revisions or significant changes to your chosen collection’s design or layout, there will be a charge of $75 + GST per revision.

Now, let’s talk about responsibility. You, as the client, are responsible for checking the stationery’s spelling, grammar, and accuracy of all guest names. Once you’ve given us the final approval and we’ve begun printing, changes can’t be made. If a reprint is needed due to errors, the client will be charged 85% of the full amount.

Finally, once we’ve shipped your package, we can’t take responsibility for any damage that occurs during transit. However, if you’d like extra protective packaging, you can specify this when you place your order.
